Knife skills are the cook’s single most important technique.  Learning how to select, sharpen and use knives can speed up your food preparation and give you that “master chef” feeling!  Discover professional chef techniques we learned cooking in two Georgetown restaurants.  We’ll practice proper techniques to slice, dice, mince, roll cut and julienne colorful vegetables and fruits.  Learn many garnishes including tomato roses. We’ll prepare and serve several fun dishes.  Bring knives and large cutting board if available.  Great for all levels!  Vegetarians, welcome! Participation.
